Returns and Refunds Policy

OMUTOGEL aims to provide a clear and reliable shopping experience for customers purchasing merchandise and digital creative products.

Digital Products: Due to the nature of downloadable content, digital purchases may not be eligible for refunds after access or download, except where required by applicable law or when a product is defective, incorrectly supplied, or materially different from its description.

Physical Products: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Return instructions will be provided where applicable.

Refund Processing: Each request will be reviewed individually. Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing time.

Please contact us before returning any item. Products must meet the applicable return conditions.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
